EUDR DDS
Our organization (Legal entity and all related third party such as group members whenever relevant) has been fully informed
of the complying with the deforestation-free and legality requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and is
committed to fully comply with EUDR due diligence requirements regarding the deforestation-free relevant products throughout our supply chains.
Our organization is fully committed to the responsible purchasing of deforestation-free relevant products only.
Our organization’s immediate objective is to ensure that all relevant products that we purchase, process and/or
trade are deforestation-free, legality requirement fulfilled and/or from post consuming recycled materials.
Deforestation-free Commitment
Our organization is committed to sourcing wood products only from responsible sources and has established and
implemented due diligence procedures to avoid deforestation and forest degradation.
Our organization confirms that it has conducted adequate and regular due diligence in accordance with Regulation
(EU) 2023/1115 and has identified no risks or only negligible risks of non-compliance with Article 3(a) or (b) of
the regulation. Our organization is dedicated to developing sound quality, environmental, and procurement practices
for wood products in line with the EU Deforestation-Free Regulation. Information related to our suppliers and supply
chain will be made available to EU competent authorities and our customers as required.
